Constructs is the unofficial term given to inanimate objects that have been brought to life in some form. While the playable constructs have all demonstrated sapience, it's unclear if every form of construct shares this trait.
While the term "construct" was never officially confirmed, Vatu does refer to Terminus as one, implying it may be a valid way of referring to this type of being. (▶️)
The term later reappeared again to describe the suits of armor being constructed in Dawnforge which serve as part of an army under Azaan's command. However, how much sapience these constructs possess, or how similar they are to other inanimate objects brought to life wasn't elaborated on.[1]
