Deployables are a mechanic in Paladins that allows Champions to set up certain objects that have different uses. A deployable is everything that can be damaged and isn't a Champion or a Shield. These deployables can be destroyed by the enemy.
Bulldozer allows Champions to weaken or destroy enemy deployables faster. Some cards can enhance the effects of Champion's deployables.
Deployables block your own shots. The Champion who summons a deployable will be unable to shoot through their own deployables, while still being able to shoot through teammates (further testing required).
