Executes are a special type of damage that kills enemies in one blow and ignores shields and any kind of Damage Reduction, being directly applied to the health of the target. In a couple of cases (see below), it can also ignore complete damage immunity and prevent Ability or Talent-based revival.

  • Dragon Punch deals 100% of the target's maximum health as damage, ignoring shields and Damage Reduction, but not Damage Immunity.
  • Any abilities that execute targets based on the required health threshold will only consider the target's current actual health, meaning any Personal Shields applied will not be considered for the threshold. The following three below are an example of this:
    • The Law will execute targets below 65% health, ignoring shields and damage Reduction, but not Damage Immunity.
    • Pounce, with Street Justice, executes targets below 40% health, ignoring shields and Damage Reduction, but not Damage Immunity.
    • Harbinger's Wrath will execute targets below 66% health, ignoring shields and Damage Reduction, but not Damage Immunity.
  • Lillith's Blood Health is true to this case as well. This health pool is not considered for the threshold and will only consider her actual health, being at 500. This, in a sense, makes Lillith practically immune to health-required Executes.
  • Moji's Bon Appetit and Yagorath's Devour are capable of ignoring complete damage immunity and prevent Ability or Talent-based revival, such as that from Io's Talent, Sacrifice, or Terminus' Ultimate, Reanimate.
    • Environmental hazards, such as the flowing lava and the drilling mechanism on Splitstone Quarry, and the outside borders of maps also kill players in this manner.
