House Aico is a royal house that was loyal to the Magistrate, but now following the defeat of Yagorath, lead the Magistrate itself.[1] It's a well-established house, having connections all the way back to the original Paladins with the champion "Aico",[2][3] who the house was seemingly named after. His heroics during the Second Goblin Scourge earned him immense respect, with Ice Mines being pledged to him as a result.[4]
The group originates from another continent, though despite this, they still hold control over a large portion of the northern Realm in an area known as the Aico Tundra, which includes most, if not all of the snow-themed maps.[5][6][7] Even before taking control of the Magistrate, House Aico's loyalty to the group served as an extension to the Magistrate, giving them control over House Aico's homeland and the Aico Tundra as well.[8]
Trials of the Realm Bio (Original):
