Health Drops (also known as HP Drops) were floating, cross shaped pickups that would restore a fixed amount of health to the champion that touched them.

These pickups would spawn on a champion's death, but there were also certains skills and cards that could also spawn them. Some cards and items had special interactions with them. With exception of certain specific team colored health drops, these pickups could be collected by any player regardless of their source.

Health drops were removed from the game with Paladins Closed Beta Version 0.33.1266.1, the patch released on September 12, 2016.
