Morale Boost is a Utility Item. It provides a 10% ultimate charge rate bonus per rank. This could be useful for Champions with strong ultimates like Drogoz, Grover, Seris, Ying or others.

Tiers

	500	Increase the rate at which you charge your Ultimate by 20%.
	750	Increase the rate at which you charge your Ultimate by 30%.
