Polymorph is a Status Effect in Paladins. Polymorph counts as Hard Crowd Control, because it is able to interrupt Movement Abilities.
Polymorph transform the target into a harmless creature that has reduced maximum health and is unable to fire weapon shots or use abilities. Targets are returned to their previous Health state when the effect ends.
