Debuff Root

Root is a Status Effect in Paladins. Root counts as Hard Crowd Control, because it is able to interrupt Movement Abilities.
Root prevents the target from moving and using certain movement abilities. The target is locked in place and can't pushed away by Knockback or Knockup.
