The transformed are humans or other living creatures that were changed or transformed after certain events.

Androxus - After a confrontation with an Abyssal entity claiming to be a goddess during the time he was in the Outer Tribunal, Androxus became afflicted with an otherworldly curse dooming him with an endless hunger for souls (see also Outer Tribunal).
Dredge - The Abyss claimed his soul after he stole the Warder's Relic and the dragon had not found him worthy. His human name was Judd Roberts (see also Warders Return).

Furia - After her sister was taken to be sacrificed to the Abyss, Sarah turned and prayed to the Eternal Pyre. They granted her strength, and transformed her into the angel of vengeance, Furia (see also Destruction of the village of Seris).
Jenos - Jenos ascended into the stars many years ago, learning of its power and witnessing the many wonders of the cosmos (see also Battle of Ascension Peak).
Lillith - Originally a Border Lord in House Aico's far off homeland, after being gravely wounded in a border incursion by Resistance fighters, Lillith would be offered a gift from the Abyss, one too powerful to refuse, reviving her as an Abyssal vampire.
Nyx - Once one of the Pyre Lords in the seemingly eternal war against the Abyss, Nyx eventually grew disillusioned with the Pyre and betrayed them. Working with the Abyssal Lord that would later become known as Seris, Nyx journeyed into the Abyss and violently slaughtered anyone who got in her way, cementing herself as an Abyssal Lord and slowly being physically changed into her current form.

Terminus - After being shattered by Ash, Terminus was resurrected as a slave to the Magistrate using abyssal magic (see also Civil War).
Seris - Abby was sacrificed to the Abyss, her body possessed by an Abyssal entity, who took the name of the village this occurred, Seris (see also Destruction of the village of Seris).
Vora - Believing her goddess, Io did not care for her, and seeing the realm on the path towards self-destruction, Vora decided if that is what the realm desired, she would be happy to oblige. She whispered to the Darkness, and the Darkness whispered back, granting her their strength (see also The Darkness Released).
